Saturday morning car meet in Arroyo Grande

A buddy recently told me about a car meet which happens every Saturday morning up in Arroyo Grande (15 mins south of SLO). They meet in a large shopping center parking lot off the 101 fwy. It only goes from about 0800 to 1000, but there were about 100 cars there today. From what my buddy said.. depending on the weather... he has seen up to 300 cars show up.

It was my first time going this monring... so I kept it on the DL until I could verify it was worth a damn to go. Jordan had a weekend leave from the Marines, so he rode shotgun in the R with me. I will be going back next Sat! NICE cars, and only 30 mins north of Santa Maria. It's like a mini version of the Valley Circle meet.. with less (no) exotic cars.

Here are some pics. Anyone is welcome to join me next week. I've made more than my fair share of VC runs from SM... so a more local meet is a WELCOME thing to me. LOL

Looks like a great meet! Looks like the weather was nice. Hopefully, when we go, we'll get lucky and it will be the big meet. :D I think we're tied-up thru April but, definitely want to go!

I'm probably not gona go on the 18th. The Knotts show is the next day, and Bruce is coming down to SM in his Mach 1 on Sat.

Well.... since Bruce will still be on the road at 8am, take a short hop over to the meet :twisted: Julie and I need to be back at Cal Poly by around 11am for the campus tour and will be leaving for home around 1 or 2'sh so we can be at Knott's that night.
