It's a C5 Z06, stock motor, stock drivetrain. I spent some time under the car to improve the suspension and brakes for track day purposes: bushings, heat wrap, brake cooling ducts, stainless lines, race pads (yes real race pads, the loud, dusty, type which suck cold), ARP wheel studs, and Bilstein shocks, which offer a modest improvement over the stockers - those rebounded poorly and made mid corner bumps really scary. In the interior there is a roll bar, built to the SCCA rulebook, a fiberglass, non-FIA driver's seat with a seat back brace, and a crappy reclinable seat for the passenger side (which i want to swap back out for the stock seat). I have some ugly, base-C5 'wagon wheels' on it with cheap Nitto tires for the street. I have 2 pairs of the front 17x9.5 stock Z06 wheels, on which I have some shaved 275 RA1s, for the track, which I still have yet to use. I'm using skinny tires so I can get a point deduction in NASA time trials, which I hope to enter this season (that was also last season's goal). The car is also equipped to pull a small trailer to get the track tires to the track.

Unfortunately, as I don't take too many pictures of my car, I don't have too many to offer. But here it is at various stages of its being:

An 'artsy' pic of it which I took last year when I was still sporting my stock wheels:

At an autox a few years ago. I am not the one driving; and that was supposed to be an angry face taped onto the front.

At a different autox. My friend is again driving this time (I can't take pictures while driving).

This pic I didn't want to pay for so it has a huge watermark on it. But it was taken at Buttonwillow some time last season:

You know, I'm probably not allowed to use that last one...

Just so you all know, I do have real vinyl numbers which I use when I'm allowed to run 206 or some permutation of those... I don't always sport blue masking tape.
