The day I got it, with bald tires on (IMO) ugly wheels

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/IMG_1562Large.jpg
and with a weak, and rod knocking SOHC 16v engine

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/teardown/IMG_1585Large.jpg
that stayed in the car for about a week

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/IMG_0772Medium.jpg
and a week later, the 32v DOHC motor was in.

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/DSCN2436Large.jpg
and did the cobra brake upgrade in the front, the old front brake rotor is sitting on the studs to show the difference.

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/rear%20end/IMG_1003.jpg
tore the old 3.27 geared 10" brake rearend out, replaced the rearend with a 4.30 geared 11.65" cobra brakes, replaced the control arms with MM HD adj. arms, steeda springs, and tokiko shocks/struts

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/double%20din/IMG_0884Medium.jpg
swapped in a dash and center console from a 2004 mustang, and a double din touchscreen pioneer navi system

http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/IMG_1067.jpg
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/blindbatts/97gt/IMG_1064.jpg
MM alum steering rack bushings, a BBK X-pipe, MM full length subframes and a convertible X-brace are on the bottom up front

And that's about how it looks now, next up on my list for the car is getting the dings pulled by dingfree (should be done monday), repairing a key scratch and some rash on the bumpers, and color matching the side mirrors, along with a 5 step clay/compound/polish/wax/sealant. Hopefully I'll get that done in the next few weekends

I don't have a baer setup on the car, in the rear I have stock vented 11.65" cobra rotors, which was an upgrade from the 10" GT rotors. the baer setup uses solid (thinner) 13" rotors in the rear.

my e-brake works like stock, didn't have to do anything special.

you didnt even have to readjust the e-brake cable?...i thought you would since you also went to a bigger rotor

dam well that sucks for me LOL

do you by any chance know how to adjust the e-brake cable?...might want to help me out

if you have the cables hooked up to the calipers, the e-brake handle assembly will auto adjust, you just need to go in reverse and pull the e-brake handle/slam on the brakes at the same time, a few times.

I had to do that for the disc brake conversions I did to my 89 and 91 foxbodies, took a few times but the e-brake works fine in both cars now.

just leave it in gear when parked, it won't roll anywhere.

I ran into this before...If I remember right there is a release pin at the front of the cable. Once release you will have to repeatidly pull the parking brake lever until the slack is taken out then your good to go!
