Last week Glenn installed sequential tail lights in the GTCS for a magazine article in Mustang Monthly. We were given a choice of sequential or chase lights. We installed both and decided the chase were just a bit less common. I am really happy with them! Fun to see them at night on the road, they are real eye openers! They are made by Mustang Project out of Texas.

Hahaha don't stare at the blinking lights for too long!

From the Mustang Project website:
"MP-20059-CHASE NEW!! Exclusively at Mustang Project! Another Mustang Project break-through. MP-20059-CHASE NEW!! Exclusively at Musting Project! Another Mustang Project breakthrough. The first LED taillight kit on the market for 2005-2009 Mustangs with CHASE action. No wire cutting and no harness change out. No permanent modifications to you car at all. Just pop in LED modules in place of your incandescent lamps and go! All connectors, instructions, and LED modules for BOTH sides are provided. Mustang Project produces the only sequential LED lamp kit that does not require permanent modifications to your existing wiring harness. LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) last forever, are redder and produce a clearer light than incandescent lamps. All three sections of the tail light up during braking and turn signaling. Tail lights sequence once during braking and continuously during turn signal. Included in your kit are 6 CHASE LED Modules, connectors, and complete instructions."

Those are really nice. Matt from SB has chase on his 'stang. I have the sequential lights on mine.

M'Jax - did you have to replace your lights with LED modules? Do you have any pics?

I didn't have to replace the lights. Simple splice job with the module. I cannot remember where I purchased the unit. I haven't take a photo or video. I will get some soon though because I added something new on my car. Just waiting for a chance to wash all of the ash of my car.

I've seen those before. Not huge on Sequentials, but I do like LEDs in the sockets.

They don't make a kit for 99-04s by chance, do they?

LED lamps can be installed in the factory sockets without Sequentials/Chasers, but Resistors have to be wire in line as well. Too much trouble to go through for me at this point.

Yes, they make sequentials for 99-04's RonnDoggie.

Hey PS03... isn't there a man law against sequentials in a Terminator?

don't think he actually wants the sequentials

seems like he just wants to have LEDs

He doesn't. I wasn't referring to him. But, I thought I would throw it out there before someone suggested it
