in car and exterior views of the 5th fastest car there, out of 50 or so 8-) about 15 mustangs were there, most were 6+ seconds slower per lap, closest was about 3 seconds off, closest corvette was my buddy steve's C6 z51 package car, over a second behind

Awesome Kevin! Nice driving! Tell us what you did differently with your car.
I didn't treat the gas pedal like an on/off switch and was smooth :)

Cool Vid. How do you have your camera mounted?
I still want to try an Auto-X with the Cobra. This is the first time I've seen chalk lines drawn with the cones, isn't it normally just cones? That's probably the biggest problem I'd have, losing the 'track' in the sea of cones.

I was using this mount to the lip on the instrument cluter, my friend used it in his vette to the bar on his sunvisor:

there's another autox coming up Augest 2nd in SB, which will be a "sea of cones" the way the PCASB crew setup the track is so that 80 year old porsche dudes can find the track. It's very hard to see the track from outside, but once you get in the car it's really hard to not see the track
I prefer the SCCA way with tipped over cones pointing to the apex point only, leaves a lot more options for choosing a fast line, similar to the setup in that vid but speed ventures doesn't do the tipped over apex cones.

How does entry work? Can we enter Julie's car but, both of us take turns ( :) ) driving it?

yes you can, but the $$$ part is per person, the car can be shared, I don't think they allow ride-alongs either, speed ventures does and I had my friend there all day and he rode with me and another guy who were in different run groups, so he got a ton of 'seat time' observing...I don't know why the porsche club doesn't allow that, it's stupid, observers in the pits sign waivers, why can't they ride...
