Our next meet is Sunday, March 28. 7am-10am. We have a roped off area in front of Johnny Rockets Camarillo so there is only one way into our parking area. Johnny Rockets Camarillo is located in the Camarillo Premium Outlets, Promenade section. Take the 101 Freeway to the Las Posas Rd off ramp, head over to the south side of the freeway. The outlet is on Ventura Blvd., cross street Factory Stores Drive.

It's time for some March Madness of our own!
Last month it was raining cats and dogs on Saturday
and 180 cars STILL came out to play on Sunday.
Even with wet streets in the morning.
I'm tellin' ya, Ventura County is crazy for this meet!

We're on the ground floor and you are in on it.
Let's build a huge event together!

How many people have you talked to about it?
Tell your Family, Friends, Neighbors, People at work,
Post it on Forums, Post it on Facebook, Send it out in email,
Tell Everyone!

The more people that know about this the more that come.

Weather update....it's gonna be sunny all weekend and they are now saying 80* on Sunday!!! Holy cow, this is gonna be a BIG meet!!!!


To top it off, it's gonne be a FULL MOON weekend!! Aaaaahhhhhwhooooooooooo!!!

Thanks to everyone for attending and/or spreading the word!

Great turn-out for our 3rd event, considering it was supposed to be windy and that some people left early or came late to go to other events (SP Car Show, Model T event, etc.) We didn't count the cars but, guesstimate that there were appx 100 cars this month. A drop from last month but, many of the cars were first timers which tells me that the word is definitely getting out. When I asked people how they heard of us, vcrides.com was on top of the list. If you haven't been to http://www.vcrides.com yet, go check it out.

The owner of Johnny Rockets gave us a CD with pics from the Jan and Feb show. We'll get them online! I took some pictures as well but, couldn't help stopping to talk to as many people as I could so, pics are limited. We need someone or more than one that can be at the meet just before 7:00am and take pictures throughout the morning. Any volunteers?

When you talk to people, point them to http://www.WestCoastGearHeads.com so they can get the full scoop on the upcoming events. Once someone registers as a member on WCGH, they are automagically added to the distribution list for events (which anyone can opt-out of). We are also working on incentives to get people to provide their email addresses so we can continue to get the word out.

By the way... make sure you are talking to everyone about this event. Even though we want to build up the car count, it is also important to bring-in spectators. Everyone knows of someone who knows someone else that has an awesome car sitting in their garage. Let's get the spectators to this meet as well so they can help spread the word and build this meet.
