so i got home today and the last of my brake setup was here...baer 6 piston calipers in the front and 13" drilled slotted rotors all around along with ss bake lines i am also looking to buy dot 5 bake fluid for when i do the swap

now a quick ?...do i need to change bushings/bearings (sp?)...or do i just swap the rotors brackets and brake lines?

also anyone want to help me do the swap dont really want to bother my uncle...let me know how much you would want $$ my zip is 93030 so it has to be someone local not to far

NICE. You will love the Baer stuff. It's great quality, and I have used/installed lots of it. Should be a fairly easy install if you have ever done brake work.

Uh... I'll watch  Make sure you block-off the lines so no air gets into them!

thanks guys...i haven't done any type of work on cars so i doubt it will be easy for me lol

let me know when you guys have time to help me out i'll buy food and other things for your guy's time....i don't want to go the route of a shop or my uncle because i would like to stat getting experience on doing things myself instead of always having to pay for things esp when i could do it

Man, sounds like you got a nice setup for a good price. *wink, wink*
Wish I could help with the install, but going to be pretty booked in the coming weeks. If something changes I'll let you know.

got it done dam it stops so smooth now...and it looks so much better they dont look like civic brakes lol

just gota reconnect the e brake...since its a 13" in the rear now i called bear and they said i have to pull all the slack off the cable to make it reach

and a BIG THANKS to Marlon for doing the install and working with all the problems we encountered

for others if you are doing a caliper change get the lines form the same company that sells the caliper IE baer 6p caliper shoulda goten baer brakelines.....didnt think it would have been and issue since it is an "upgrade kit" but there was marlon was able to fix :D ...just for others becarefull so you dont run into problems
