Why, yes, yes it would! Not too many people go and see fireworks in the morning...lol
No meet time will ever be perfect for everyone.
but i love morning fireworks! :P

Not sure where the 'works will be this year. City budgets have cut back the festivities. They usually announce it in the newspaper but, I'm sure someone on here would know.
