    yup, amazing how the bottom has fallen out from these vehicles. before dealers were asking $15k above sticker for a new one....

    With the new GT500's becoming more popular and much more powerful. Plus, with the S197 body style so common these days... I wonder if the price would ever go back up?

    glenn, thinking with the 2011 gt's performing right up there with the gt500's is probably why there's such a drop. that and these cars aren't really that limited. with so many variations on the s197 platform to suit anyone's taste and style, i'm thinking the shelby just fell into one of those "variations".

    Doubt it. Dealers are having a hard time unloading KRs for 20k under sticker. I don't think any of the S197 Shelbys will ever be collectible.
