The chassis was originally built by Jeep to race at Baja at a cost $385,000. It was purchased by Steve Green and Team Tornado in 2000 for $125,000. The attack truck was designed and built through a five year process by Green and the team at a cost of more than a half of a million dollars.
- Powered by a ZZ 502 engine, with custom made stainless steel headers .
- Transmission is a turbo 400 built by Dr. Evil.
- Skinned with16 gauge steel.
- Coated with polyurethane impact resistant material.
- Windows and wheels are covered with bulletproof M10 Lexan plastic. The windshield has three coats of DuPont Mylar film. A single sheet can stop a .38 caliber bullet.
