Woodie automobiles and surfboards are the iconic image of the beaches of southern California.
Woodie owners from around Ventura, LA and Santa Barbara Counties were invited to display their cars at the Murphy Auto Museum's exhibit this 22 Oct. to 18 Dec. 2011.
Surfboards from around the area will be displayed with the cars. The art work of Evelyn Jenkins Drew that features Woodies and Surfboards will be on display. Several paintings have been used for Rosenthal Wine Estates Surfrider wine lables. Currently these lables are on the 2006 and 2007 vintage of "Hang Ten Red".
Three Woodie paintings of Ralph Allen Massey that are on display are; "After Hours", "Hawaii 48" and "Woodie Wonderland."

The Murphy Auto Museum is open on Saturday and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm.
