Battle of the Sexes Muscle Car Rally

I have been tossing this idea around for a while. I am noticing more and more women Muscle car drivers! I think it would be a blast to have a rally, where the winner pinpoints the exact time to get from point A to B. This is NOT a race, so it would be safe. I would suggest the women drivers ask a couple friends to go along for the ride, too, same with you guys. Drivers will need a navigator. I know I have friends who would jump in Rambo and go for a cruise with me! It's more fun with extra people in the car! We could end up at a large park and BBQ hotdogs or something simple like a potluck. We or a sponsor could swing a trophy for the winner. We couldn't do this for a couple months, though. So what do you guys think? Think you can invite some women to participate?? .

Just took a look at the calendar and Sundays in July looks pretty good! Feedback people! Do this on a Saturday or Sunday??

- Since we aren't Mustang biased could we open this up to all Muscle Cars or all cars - bikes - trucks??

Glenn and I have really been talking about this. We realize it is not an easy undertaking and takes lots of planning. As far as the food at the end of the rally, we are thinking to possibly have the Lions Club bbq Lionburgers and let them handle ALL the food. We have also been reading over different club's rally rules. This has been pretty helpful. Two months is pretty short notice, it may have to happen later or even planned for next year.
