i know some people have said the way to point out the recall heads is to look for a blue stripe. we just replaced a drivers side head on an Aviator which uses the same heads and cams as a 03/04 cobra, marauder and mach 1. the head replaced for ticking on cyl's 7 and 8 had a blue stripe on it. i know cobra bob has the explanation on his page, but i was just posting to support his point.
if anyone wants pics i can take some before the core guy picks up the head, since ford does not want it back.
