Lagged on getting these parts in, but had some other stuff to take care of first.

Also added 3x Metco 90mm Double Bearing Idlers, 1x Metco 100mm Double Bearing Idler, Metco Tensioner Brace:

Swapped both belts, 4 O2 sensors, putting in new cats, and working on a custom Air/Oil separator as well.

so... the belts show no sign of rubbing? looks like very little clearance.

Refilled the Intercooler Reservoir with Distilled Water and Water Wetter this time, will be keeping an eye on IAT2 (downstream) temps to see if I gain anything over Coolant/Water alone.

Also 'rebuilt' my Bassani X-pipe with new Cats, clamps and O2 sensors:

It was time for a SMOG Check so I decided to replace the 2 Cats on the Bassani X.

Ordered 2 New Cats from Bassani, and also needed a flange pipe for the Driver Side, as a shop back in the day welded the front portion of the cat to the Tube.

While I was at it I used new Clamps and replaced the O2 Sensors. I picked up an Exhaust Pipe Expander Tool from Summit Racing in order to get it back together easier.

The 'normal' Borlas, not the Stingers. Pretty loud as is at WOT with the Headers and Xpipe.

Next step is to figure what color for the Cam Covers.

The Water Wetter / Distilled Water combo is working great so far with the weather. Cruising to work yesterday IAT2s were in the upper 80s/90s, hitting about 100 in stop and go. Getting into boost would keep it in the low 100s and allow it to drop down quickly with airflow in the front of the car.

Not the best setup in cold weather as it does not offer much freeze protection, but good for summer or warm weather cars.

I neglected to mention that I also swapped the hardware on the Intercooler Reservoir to stainless steel. I went with button heads to slim them down.

I also powdercoated the ring of the fuel cell cap to prevent corrosion, as it is galvanized steel.

The original hardware looked like this:
